This independent airline and airport review site has now closed

Firstly we would like to thank our many users who have posted airline and airport reviews on airlinequality.com over many years, and we are sorry to announce that we have decided to close down this independent review site.

For many years we used our Trip Verified format where our editorial staff inspected a copy of an e-ticket, booking details or a boarding pass, and we have relied upon user’s honesty in providing this information. However for the past 12 months we have observed a growing number of supposed "Trip Verified" that were suspected as being fake.

The number of fake online reviews is growing rapidly, and is getting worse with generative AI making it easy for scammers to create realistic, fraudulent feedback. Across many review sites globally, approximately 30% of reviews are now estimated to be fake, and we see this as too high a proportion to continue with airlinequality.com.

All Reviews, associated data and Registered Users details have been permanently deleted.
