Funkcija
[uredi | uredi izvor]Ovaj gen je član porodice neureksofilina i kodira izlučeni protein s varijabilnim N-terminalnim domenom, visoko konzerviranim N-glikoziliranim centralnim domenom, kratkom veznom regijom i C-terminalnim domenom bogatim cisteinom . Ovaj protein tvori vrlo čvrst kompleks s alfa neureksinima, skupinom proteina koji podstiču prianjanje između dendrita i aksona.[6]
