    I just proclaimed a State of Emergency for Calaveras County in response to the ongoing Gann fire. With this, I'm authorizing @Cal_OES and state agencies to provide additional assistance to support firefighting efforts in the area.

    2,700+ @CAL_FIRE, @Cal_OES, and local personnel are battling the Gann Fire in Calaveras County. Our brave firefighters and responders are working to contain the blaze and protect nearby communities. If you're in the area, be sure to follow emergency guidance and road closures.
