Yes, a tracking number is provided with every shipment, and you will receive emails about the status of your order throughout the process. If you'd like real-time tracking, feel free to add an Apple AirTag® or similar device in the box, and we will ship it back to you.
You can send as many items as you can safely pack in our kit. Here are some examples of what you could fit if you sent only 1 type of media:
Please see our Digitization Policy for more information.
Fill the kit however you like. You can leave items in their original cases, carousels, sleeves, and scrapbooks, or choose to remove them and place them in bags.
Note: We use the labels on your physical media to name your digital albums. For example, if a bag of photos is labeled “Wedding Photos” we will create an album in your gallery called “Wedding Photos.” More information on this process can be found here.
If you have more items than fit in the box, we recommend purchasing an additional kit.
It’s not uncommon for a tape to be blank, a reel or negative to be damaged, or for customers to send in items that we’re unable to digitize. We do our best to convert your media and will return all items sent, including any that we couldn’t process. With this in mind, we are unable to provide refunds if we are unable to digitize your media.
