Contact Us (for Professional Voice Actors)

Dear Voice Actor, welcome!

If you are a professional voice actor and have any questions you would like to ask us directly, please fill in the form below.
As a small part-time volunteer site with one or two monitoring an inbox with daily incoming messages, it may take days to weeks for a response to be sent.
For urgent issues, please create an account and contact the Web Admin. Thanks for your patience.

~ BTVA Team

Common queries:
• adding new/missing roles *
• updated headshot photo
• new voice actor who would like to be listed
• bio additions/corrections

* Be prepared to send us detailed role information after initial contact, along with original high-resolution images (see Demo VA Content Request Format below the contact form). While a text credit list is a minimal starting point, roles coupled with images will be given priority.

PLEASE NOTE: The BTVA site is run by a handful of volunteers with school/jobs, who contribute content in their spare time as a hobby. As such, we are continually active on an extensive and ongoing backlog of credits to add - when time permits. Requests will be added to our queue and prioritized. We appreciate them and your patience. Thanks.

Character Images

Character images should be:

  1. High-resolution quality (eg. 1080p, 4K).
Exception: Low quality sources are acceptable for older titles (eg. VHS) that don't have official HD/remastered digital media releases.
  2. Sourced from original screen captures (eg. streaming service, digital download, Blu-ray, YouTube).
    - Screenshots taken directly from official title video source, trailers, clips.
    - NOT from Google Images, Wikia, Fandom, other sites, etc. (Why? Sourcing images requires effort and time, and as a sign of respect for other sites, we choose not to use their images).
Exception: Promo images can be used for newly announced titles before footage is released, OR, using official character art for video games.

• Social media announcements from voice actors, studios, crew members involved in the title production.
• Reliable media sites like Variety, Hollywood Reporter, Deadline, NOT user-submitted sites like IMDb, Wikipedia, Anime News Network, etc.
