Donald Glaser is Notable.

Donald Arthur Glaser was an American physicist, neurobiologist, and the winner of the 1960 Nobel Prize in Physics for his invention of the bubble chamber used in subatomic particle physics.

Donald was born to Russian immigrants William J. Glaser and Lena Levine.

He married Ruth L. Thompson in 1960 in Alameda County, California, the year after he became a professor at Berkeley. He was 34 and she was 23.^[1] They divorced in Jan 1968.^[2] According to text at FindAGrave the couple had two children.^[3] She is referred to as Bonnie Thompson in family papers.

He married again in 1975^[3] and died in 2013, the husband of Lynn Bercovitz Glazer.^[4]
