The Office of the Legislative Auditor has released the program evaluation report, Minnesota Agricultural Water Quality Certification Program (auditor.leg.state.mn.us/ped/2026/mawqc…).In the report, we make several recommendations to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and the Legislature.

The OLA has released the program evaluation report, Voter Registration (auditor.leg.state.mn.us/ped/2026/voter…). In the report, we made several recommendations to counties, the Office of the Secretary of State, and the Legislature to improve aspects of the voter registration system.
