Your student organizations will automatically get a table if you completed the annual registration in the spring on TheHub. Please note that student organizations are grouped by categories.
The SOCH offers a variety of workshops tailored towards our student organizations and student leaders. Past trainings have included the Annual Student Leadership Forum, Transitioning Leadership Workshops, Advisor Workshops, New Student Organization Trainings, and more. The SOCH Art Exhibition is an initiative that showcases artwork produced by Harvard College students in the SOCH, and the art will be exhibited for one semester. If interested, please send an email with your chosen work for consideration to soch@fas.harvard.eduduring early fall or early spring semester for the work to be considered for that term.
If you are a listed officer, you can complete event registration through TheHub. To register, offices should click “Manage Organization” on the student organization’s page, and then select the “Events” tab. Students will then be guided to the event registration form. You should read all instructions carefully and fill out all required information. Please note that the form is not submitted until you hit “Submit” on the very last page of event registration form.
Before starting a student organization, you should browse the current list of student organizations on TheHub. If a student organization does not already exist, you can apply for recognition as a new group. The application is available at the start of each fall semester for the subsequent academic year.
Student organization leaders are responsible for updating listed officers on TheHub with every transition. Only officers listed on TheHub have access to manage the page and add officers or members.. Recognized student organizations with assigned mailboxes can have packages and mail sent to the SOCH and should address all mail directly to the student organization and their mailbox number.
