For analytics, we use self-hosted Matomo to collect anonymous aggregation statistics (pages visited, session duration). No analytics cookies are set and no data leaves our servers.
The Mary Ferrell Foundation respects the privacy of our members and visitors. We are the sole data controller for information collected on this site.
We collect basic information from those who sign up for memberships: name, email address, username, and (encrypted) password. We do not share this information with third parties, except where a member explicitly consents to sharing their email address with an inquirer.
Payments are processed through PayPal. No payment information is retained by our systems or seen by us.
We retain membership records for as long as your account is active. Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated personal information.
