Congrats to Anushri Gupta and the Mozilla.ai team on their new docs! All of their open source projects now live in one place, from any-llm and any-agent through to llamafile and encoderfile. We spoke with Anushri recently about how it came together: https://lnkd.in/e7zFPAqS

More and more GitBook teams are using our MCP to create and manage their docs — and it's exciting to hear how flexible it’s been for different use-cases. If you haven't tried the GitBook MCP yet, I wrote a quick guide — you'll be set up in 5 minutes, and there are some best practices in there too 🙂 https://lnkd.in/eCfRq4gY

GitBook now has an official MCP server — with plugins for Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. Connect your AI agent to GitBook and it can: • create and configure new docs sites • draft content and edit pages • open change requests for review • restructure entire sites Everything goes through change requests, so you review before anything ships. One URL to connect: mcp.gitbook.com/mcp Setup takes about a minute. Learn more at https://lnkd.in/gzRxuhwx

Our design team has been hard at work giving you even more ways to make your published docs feel closer to your brand. ICYMI: 🖼️ Page covers as backgrounds — display your page cover as a background image behind your content, and pick the color of the text on top. 😷 Background cover masks — enable a radial mask on your page cover for a seamless transition from header to content. 🎨 Tint-colored backgrounds — set a very light tint color (or very dark in dark mode) and we'll use it as your site background. ↔️ Button & input sizes — the default stays the same, but you can now choose smaller sizes to fit around your content. 🎪 Carousel layouts for card tables — present grouped content in a compact, swipeable view. Try them out now in your published sites!

Documentation is the first thing users read and the last thing teams keep updated. In this webinar, GitBook and n8n team up to show how AI and automation are changing that. We'll cover how to automate docs updates end-to-end, what GitBook's AI insights reveal about what your users actually need, and how n8n's own team uses GitBook to run a fully open, community-driven docs workflow. Expect live demos, not just slides. 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up? Check out StreamYard and get $10 discount! 😍 https://lnkd.in/dKq5UfvC

Docs are the first thing users read and the last thing teams keep updated. That's not a motivation problem. It's a workflow problem. On July 28 at 5PM CEST, our own Kartik Balasubramanian (Lead Technical Writer) joins GitBook's Addison Schultz (DevRel Lead) to show how we fixed it: ▪️automating doc updates end-to-end ▪️using GitBook's AI insights to see what readers actually need ▪️running our docs the same way we run everything else, open and community-driven Real demos, not slides. 👉 Save your spot: https://lnkd.in/gmDFFXk2
