MODE OF PAYMENT

You can pay the applicable seminar fees through the numerous payment channels made available by Apptitude Payment Facilities, which include Online Bank Payment and Over-the-Counter Bank Payment through the top banks in the Philippines, Over-the-Counter Non-Bank Payment Centers, including nationwide financial services companies and payment centers like M. Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, Bayad Center, LBC, Easy Pay, Robinsons Department Store, RuralNet, SM Department Store/Supermarket, and Savemore Counter.

You can also pay through ATM using Banco De Oro (BDO) or Security Bank ATM Bills Payment or using your VISA or MASTER Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Pre-paid cards through Magpie, as well as through popular E-wallets like Coins.Ph, Dragonpay, and Grabpay.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

To be able to fully access, attend, and/or avail of our MCLE Online Course, your equipment must meet the following technical requirements:

1. You must use a desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone or other device with front-facing camera capable of taking random photos/videos.


2. Reliable internet connection capable of streaming the MCLE online course/module within the time frame provided, herein.

IDENTIFICATION AND SECURITY PROTOCOLS

To REGISTER, you must have a scanned copy or photo of any of the following credible proof of identity –

1. Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID Card
2. Driver’s License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
3. Social Security System Identification Card
4. Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
5. Philippine Passport (Photograph Page)

The scanned copy or photo of your ID must be ready, available, and loaded into your computer or device. Be prepared to take a snapshot of yourself using your computer or device’s camera, for submission to our facial recognition system and security process. This is part of the security protocols specifically required by the MCLE Office.

RANDOM SNAPSHOTS & VALIDATION QUIZ

Please be informed that while you will be watching the lecture videos, random snapshots of your face shall be taken by the platform using your computer or device’s built-in camera to ensure that you are the one actually watching the lecture videos while the same is being streamed.

Also, as part of the security protocol imposed by the MCLE Office, at the end of every lecture video, participants shall be required to take a simple validation quiz consisting of four (4) simple questions designed to test not your knowledge of the subject but to determine whether or not you paid attention to the video material being streamed. You have to correctly answer at least 75% of the questions to pass and get your certificate of attendance for the said subject.

If you do not pass the quiz, you may re-take the same as many times as you want to, or until you are able to correctly answer 75% of the questions. You may review the subject lecture video if you wish before re-taking the confirmation quiz.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

Please dress decently and exercise discretion while registering and while watching our lecture videos because, as part of the protocols prescribed by the MCLE Office and the Supreme Court, random snapshots would be taken by the platform while you are viewing the lecture videos, for submission to the MCLE Office to show your actual online attendance in the subject courses.
