Woman pleads not guilty of using stolen ID to cash $12,000 in checks

According to court documents, Landeta used a woman's stolen or lost ID and wrote out three checks stolen from another woman and made out to the owner of the stolen ID. Landeta cashed checks in the amount of $4,200, $4,400 and $4,300 Aug. 22 at Central Bank.
