This coffee maker is very easy to use and works well for both hot and iced coffee. It brews quickly, doesn’t take up much space, and the coffee tastes great. I also like that it’s simple to clean. Perfect for everyday use.

This is not my first single-serve or Keurig brew coffee maker. I am looking forward to the reminder for descaling. I generally don't keep a maintenance log next to my kitchen coffee makers.

The coffee maker in general is good and easy to use. I have both Keurig pods and ground coffee so it is nice to have the option either way. Single-serve coffee is a convenience, but a convenience I enjoy. I already follow the recommendations for over-ice servings. All my coffee options are the darker roasts and I already ground my coffee smaller than most drip coffees because my pot brew is a fast-brew machine. This gives me the best combination with the flavors I already enjoy and produces a good iced or hot brew.

I should be nearing the reminder for descaling, I will wait until the reminder comes on to make sure it matches a reasonable time frame. So far this is my best smaller single-serve coffee maker. It's great for your desk or home and takes up very little space.

Updating my review after receiving replacement. Coffee maker works fine, it’s just a little loud at the end of the cycle and does drip after brewing on occasion. Brews quickly and coffee is perfect temperature.

After going through many options, I chose this particular coffee maker. Cost was reasonable and delivery was very quick - within 12 hours. I took the coffee maker out of the box, washed all the removable pieces as mentioned, and when I went to put the water in the reservoir to try it out, the buttons to run the coffee maker are missing! I am ordering another, hoping this is a fluke. Will add another review when I receive the replacement.

Orig star rating was a 1: Machine lasted 4 mos, so at this point, we have no hope to return this faulty product. Stopped making full cups of coffee even when we filled water container up to 10. Also, per instructions, we'd descaled it several times after uses, even descaled a couple of times in a row. Still no full cups of coffee. Very disappointed. UPDATED 12/28/23: The seller's rep had subsequently, and very professionally, contacted us re: how they could do right by this - money back, or replace. THIS, long after we lost the window of opportunity to return. We opted for a replacement, and the replaced coffee maker is working great, hence we're happy with this product, hence the 5-star rating. Re the 1st one, it certainly could have been due to faulty parts, but the fact that this rep stayed with us to make it right was truly an example of quality customer service.

This coffee brewer caught my eye for it's iced coffee option. I prefer my coffee cold with ice and wanted a way to easily brew some at home. Although many other (and better) brewers are out there for this price range none seemed to offer this feature.

In reality it was just for marketing. This machine only brews at one setting, hot. The difference between the "hot" and "ice" brew options is the amount of water the brewer will use. When you select the "ice" option, the brewer will use less water. That's it. This becomes absolutely pointless since you have to fill the reservoir each time for each brew. So you could just fill the reservoir with slightly less water, select "hot", and achieve the exact same thing. I know because I tried this. All the marketing pictures show cups of beautiful iced coffee. You don't actually get this. Even before is finishes brewing all the ice has melted. What you actually get is a cup of room temperature coffee that's very watered down. Terrible

My second grievance is the reservoir. It is small, not able to detach from the brewer, and has to be refilled after every brew. This gets pretty annoying real quick for several reasons.

1) If your kitchen has hanging cabinets above your brewer this means every time you want to use it you will have to move the brewer to an area where you can actually add more water.

2) The narrow slip for the reservoir is small. If you don't have something like a Brita pitcher it will be very difficult to get water into the reservoir without making a mess. Even with a pitcher I have to be careful.

3) If you by mistake over pour and add too much water it's difficult to get out. You could try brewing and swapping cups half way through, but you will probably make a mess during the swapping.

Now on to the good:

It actually can brew a normal cup of hot coffee. The filter that is provided is nice. It's larger than your standard k-cup filter which makes it easier to pour coffee powder into it with a spare spoon. On the top of the brewer it gives you a table of different water measurements depending on your cup size. Some might dislike that since aesthetically it doesn't look great, but I like the practicality.

That's about it for the good. It meets the bare minimum: it can brew a cup of hot coffee. Is that worth $60+ dollars after tax? I don't think so. I also really dislike this misleading marketing with the iced coffee. It's the main selling point and it's just not true. I would recommend buying a better brewer for this price. Get something with a larger reservoir or one that detaches at the very least. Don't waste your money on this $60 glorified basic brewer.

I was hesitant buying this machine but needed something affordable to make coffee at home. This little machine exceeded my expectations.

We’ve had this for almost two years now and it’s been a great little machine. You can use coffee pods or use the reusable filter for loose ground coffee. Just add your water, add your coffee, close the lid securely and push either the hot or iced brew button. It’s also easy to descale the machine. Add some descaling solution, press and hold both buttons at the same time and let the process start.

Our Keurig broke finally after 2 years of having it, after looking on Amazon for an affordable alternative that can be at my door quickly, I found this one and looked at the reviews. What sold me is that I can use it for ice coffee and regular hot coffee. Which is perfect and that I don’t need to always use kcups if I don’t want to. Setting up was easy, and instructions were pretty clear cut to understand. I didn’t have any splashing issues and each cup I made was hot and ready in about 2 minutes. I highly recommend this machine to anyone on a budget and looking for a Keurig alternative, hope this little machine lasts!

Works great when it's clean but after a weeks worth of use the inner workings get all calcified and don't work properly. Very lightweight though and compact so it saves space but it has to be thoroughly cleaned too often.

Compré esta cafetera dos en uno emocionado por la versatilidad de poder usar tanto café en grano como cápsulas, pero fue una gran decepción. Al momento de colocar las cápsulas, simplemente no arroja el café. Hace el sonido como si estuviera funcionando, pero no sale nada. Probé con varias marcas de cápsulas compatibles y el resultado fue el mismo.

Además, el manual no ofrece una solución clara para este problema y el servicio al cliente no ha sido de mucha ayuda. Es frustrante invertir en un producto que promete comodidad y termina dando más problemas.

No la recomiendo si tu intención principal es usar cápsulas. Muy mala experiencia.

El artículo no sirve para cápsulas, sólo para café de grano molido. No sale el agua, no hay manera de que con cápsula funcione como que no agujeran la cápsula no pasa el agua a través de ella. No sé qué pasa, pero no funciona desperdicie, 18 cápsulas porque no hay forma de qué se vuelvan a usar una vez que ya las pinchó.
