This collagen powder has been a great addition to my daily routine. I like that it contains 5 types of hydrolyzed collagen and mixes easily into my coffee, protein shakes, or oatmeal without changing the taste. Being unflavored, grass-fed, and non-GMO is a big plus for me. After using it consistently, I’ve noticed improvement in my joints and recovery after workouts, and my skin feels healthier too. Great quality protein supplement for both men and women.

This is a great product! It has the collagen type of proteins that I was looking for in a powder. I use it in my coffee in the mornings, smoothies, & hot chocolate. It dissolves well if you mix it well. I have noticed that my nails have become stronger and growing, and my hair is also growing faster. I will purchase again.

Last fall I joined a new gym that has an InBody scanning device that measures weight, body fat and muscle. As an 81 year old woman I like to keep track of these measures, so I weigh myself on the InBody once a month. Last time I used the InBody was after I had been on Wholesome Wellness Multi Collagen Protein Powder for 1 month, turns out (unexpectedly) I gained 0.7 lbs of muscle! The only thing I did differently was adding 1 scoop of protein powder to my coffee every morning. The guys at the gym were flabbergasted that I put on so much muscle! They suggested that I double the scoops which I have been doing. I don't have the results yet. I originally bought it to see if I could build up my spinal discs. I damaged one years ago and have had off and on back pain since. (I haven't noticed a difference there yet.) I'll let you know if that improves and my arthritis goes away.

Haven't used it long enough yet to see if it works, but it dissolves and no aftertaste. Anorher brand left an aftertaste & did not dissolve completely.

I’m new to collagen powders so maybe that’s why I’m struggling so much with this. I can 100% notice a change in taste as well as texture with everything that I have mixed this into. The only way I can get it down is if I dilute into way more than 8oz of liquid. It does dissolve very well but it makes everything taste and feel like I’m drinking unset jello.

Exceptional product. Muscles are more agile and I have way less pain after having exercised. Recovery is much faster! Easy to eat, I just add it to yogurt- no flavour at all.
