By employing the dual\u2010decoupling strategy that combines topological decoupling and vector decoupling, two modulation strategies\u2014maximum hexagon modulation and intermediate hexagon modulation\u2014are proposed. A comprehensive mode analysis is performed on the HFL\u2010DMI controlled by these modulation strategies. Additionally, during the commutation process, the current in the high\u2010frequency transformer (HFT) of the HFL\u2010DMI does not change abruptly, thereby preventing the generation of voltage spikes. Additionally, common\u2010mode voltage, zero\u2010sequence voltage, and oscillation phenomena in the primary and secondary sides of the HFT are analyzed. Through the construction of switching models for common\u2010mode voltage (CMV) and zero\u2010sequence current (ZSC), the voltages in each mode of the HFL\u2010DMI are calculated and compared with those generated by traditional dual\u2010inverter modulation strategies. Finally, the superiority of the proposed scheme is verified on a 170\u2010W\u2010rated experimental
