The Tulsa City- County Library Commission is made up of nine members, the Mayor, and the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners for a total of eleven commissioners. The Commission meets on the third Thursday of the month scheduled at various library locations at 12:00 p.m. unless otherwise specified.
