If NYC had STAR Voting you would have known exactly how much support you had, right away. Not just the 1st choices. RCV doesn't count all the rankings but STAR counts 100% of the ratings, and it gets more representative results because of it too. Have you checked it out yet?

The Ranked Choice lobby is on a full scale disinformation campaign saying that Eugene should vote no on STAR because of disenfranchisement concerns, but STAR specifically addresses that exact issue, which RCV has been proven again and again to exacerbate. This is Orwellian.

No candidate should ever be accused of being a spoiler. No candidate should ever be discouraged from running because they supposedly aren't "electable." We can eliminate the spoiler effect and and remove these arguments from the conversation.
