- Bills for summer enrollment are due no later than August 10th.
- Fall 2026 undergraduate bills will be available the week of July 13th. Students and Delegated Access Users will be notified by email once the bills are available online. Fall 2026 undergraduate bills are due August 10th.
- Fall 2026 graduate bills will be available the week of August 10th. This is a preliminary bill and the final due date for graduate students for Fall 2026 is October 10th.
- Enrollment for the UPay Payment Plan is open for Fall 2026. This no-interest payment plan will allow payments over the five months of the semester (August through December). Students and Delegated Access Users can enroll through their SPIRE account.
- The first refunds for the Fall 2026 semester will be available the first week of classes for those who have enrolled in Excess Express.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of student records; we cannot speak to anyone other than the student unless the student assigns their parents/guardians a FERPA code. This 4- digit code will be requested anytime you contact the Bursar’s or Financial Aid Office. Students can assign the FERPA code through their SPIRE access. Students can also set up their parents or other third parties with Delegated Access through SPIRE, which grants them a SPIRE account to access billing information.
