💭 DBT skill focus: Relax and soothe using scents. Make a list of scents that smell good and help you relax. Then gather some of them to use. Try candles, herbs, flowers, scented oils, perfumes, colognes, food, or whatever else helps. Keep some with you when you're not home to help soothe yourself whenever needed.
🌙 Tarot journaling: Knight of Wands. Adventurous, inspired, energetic, creative, competitive, dynamic, loves a challenge or quest, goal oriented, world traveller, passionate, craves change and movement.
🗓️ This month's challenge: Rest. Before I left for my Spring work retreat, my Fitbit usually classified my energy/resilience as "balanced" with some "optimal" sprinkled in. Since returning, however, I've been non-stop "low". Taking that as a sign to rest and recover.
