You're here because you care.
We're here to help you show it.

Our Heroes and their families face many challenges and need your help.

It may be to ensure that a child who lost a parent gets a full education.
Or to provide extra rehabilitation and medical care beyond what the VA can offer.
Or to preserve and maintain memorial sites so that those who fought for our freedom are not forgotten.

Those are just a few of the many, many examples of how you can help, all presented here in a comprehensive listing of pre-screened, certified, high quality charities serving military families and veterans with a detailed explanation of the services each provides.

You may send a gift, one-time or recurring, directly to one or more of them of your choice. Or you may choose to send a gift to be shared among them all.

Three Ways To Help

How To Use This Site

Decide how much to give and whether to give a one time or recurring gift.
Discover more about the charities listed here. Watch a video, read real life examples of their work, or click through to their web sites.
Choose which charities will share in your gift, and how much each will receive. When you find a charity you want to add, click on "Add This Charity To Donation Card" and indicate the amount to go to that charity. Your Donation Card will update automatically. You can select up to five charities at once.

Every charity on this site has been awarded the Best in America Seal of Excellence. The Independent Charities Seal of Excellence is awarded to charities that have, upon rigorous independent review, been able to certify, document, and demonstrate on an annual basis that they meet the highest standards of public accountability, program effectiveness, and cost effectiveness. These standards include those required by the US Government for inclusion in the Combined Federal Campaign, probably the most exclusive fund drive in the world. Of the 1,000,000 charities operating in the United States today, it is estimated that fewer than 50,000, or 5 percent, meet or exceed these standards, and, of those, fewer than 2,000 have been awarded this Seal.
