Eswatini Institute of Management and Public Administration (SIMPA) is a Management Development Institute ( MDI ) designed to transform the Public Service through continuous research, training and consultancy services conducted in Government Ministries and Departments to enhance service delivery. The Institute is strategically placed to provide training and consultancy services in the Public Service, therefore rendering it a more cost effective academic in-house facility for Government.
