AI adoption in content workflows is still taking shape across most enterprise organizations, and no two teams seem to be approaching it the same way. We're digging into where teams are today and what those patterns reveal. The results will help shape an upcoming edition of The Brief — WordPress VIP's bi-weekly newsletter on enterprise content and digital experience. Subscribe to catch it: https://lnkd.in/e7emqUPr

The idea that AI makes websites less relevant came up in our Corporate Customer Advisory Board. The conversation pointed in the opposite direction. AI still needs a trusted source to learn from. And the visitors who reach your site are arriving more informed, more decisive, and less patient than before. That puts more pressure on content architecture, structure, and ownership than many teams realize. Swipe through to see how enterprise leaders are thinking about the role of the website in an AI-first world.

Federal teams are under mounting pressure to modernize faster, improve security, and deliver better user experiences, all while managing legacy systems that weren't built to support any of it. We're in Washington, D.C. for the next two days for the Government Service Delivery Conference, where we'll be having exactly these conversations — on the panel, at our booth, on Impact Stage 1, and in one-on-one meetings with teams who are ready to talk through their options. Want to explore a lower-risk path to modernization? It’s not too late to book time with us: https://lnkd.in/eN2v26nk

The hosting industry has a credibility problem. Any provider can say their infrastructure is secure. What's harder to prove is what happens when it actually gets tested — an abuse report, a traffic failure, a government request that has to be handled lawfully and with due process. The Secure Hosting Alliance reviews exactly that. Four published standards: transparency, infrastructure misuse response, reliability, and lawful government request handling. Not self-reported. Independently reviewed. WordPress VIP earned accreditation. Not as a differentiator but because running infrastructure for government agencies, national publishers, and global brands already demands it. The standard and the operational reality were already aligned. SHA just named it. If you're making platform decisions in any environment where accountability matters, it's worth knowing which providers are willing to put that in writing: https://lnkd.in/g7_zXUUY

The strategy for growth is usually clearer than the infrastructure for it. Every expansion adds a layer of complexity that compounds quietly, until suddenly it doesn't. We're exploring what this actually looks like for enterprise teams right now. Tell us where the friction shows up for you. Results will shape an upcoming edition of The Brief. Every acquisition solves a business problem but it also creates an architecture one. Most teams don't feel it immediately. They feel it two years later — when five brands are running on four platforms, three agencies are managing overlapping workflows, and no one can answer a simple question about cost. The fix isn't another tool. It's a consolidation strategy that actually holds. Here’s how manufacturers are approaching it: https://lnkd.in/eyKY5gBj
