One order every 15 seconds. We photograph around 25,000 books every day and sell roughly the same amount.
Our own system. Our co-founder is the CTO, with whom you can discuss everything at any time.

We do all our IT in-house. If something breaks, it's probably our own fault. But we also know how to fix it. At the same time, we don't have to deal with external programs, just what we really need.
