Appearance
Arambagh (আরামবাগ Ārāmbāg), literally the "Garden of Rest", is a rural area at the western part of the Hooghly district of West Bengal. Far away from the "Little Europe" of cities on the Hooghly River, Arambagh has a quiteness of its own. It is at the junction of three different cultural regions: Rarh at the west and north, Gangetic South Bengal at the east and south, and Midnapore at the southwest.
