Latter Days

A friend of mine recently told me about a film entitled "Latter Days." I realize now that the film has been out for sometime, but after his synopsis of the story and the actors supporting it, I just had to see for myself.Latter Days (Unrated Edition). I am so glad I did. The movie captivated me from beginning to end. Steve Sandvoss and Wes Ramsey captured the characters and the story brilliantly and with support from all of the other actors, including the legendary Ms. Bisset, I fell in love with the movie from beginning to end. The music, which was so much a part of the film, stayed with me, and now when I listen to the soundtrack, it takes me to the places in the story, and I can recall them, and carry it with me. An absolute "must see" and for that matter, "must hear."

Just loved the soundtrack to this movie, which was a great movie for the gay community at the time it was

released, made even more believable because both of the main characters were played by straight guys.

I had never heard of "Latter Days," but loved it when I received the dvd. It is a sensitive, loving movie about the anguish of two young men trying to work through their mutual love for each other. I highly recommend it. Great acting by a number of very well known actors and new ones too!!

after mr. wiersma talked me into buying this cd, with his glowing review, i was definitely pleased after my first listening! as i write this, i am listening again, and again, and again. each song takes me back to that particular section of the movie, where i was moved by the discourse. good stuff! i can't really imagine anyone not liking this soundtrack, and, let's face it, a great deal of soundtracks are just fluff. i believe you will find yourself, like me, returning to it again, and again.

Truly one of the sweetest gay films ever. Loved the original songs.

This is a great movie, everyone in it plays their roles beautifully. It is truly a touching movie with a number of sub themes with all of them being entertaining!!! A must have for your gay collection!!!

I completely disagree with the other review on this & had to post my thoughts. Although the movie was a little predictable at times, it overall was great. The soundtrack played a big role in that. I can't wait until Christmas..

The music on this CD are from other artists. It did not sound like the artists that were in the movie. It was a disappointment.
