  • What happens when 175 Marketing and R&D experts from 60 countries across all geographies come together around 75 dairy innovations? Tomorrow’s biggest ideas start taking shape! Last week in Laval, Lactalis hosted the second edition of the Innodays, bringing together Marketing, R&D, Procurement, CMI, Nutrition and Business Insight teams from across our markets and categories under the theme “Dairy around the Clock: the importance of the dairy products throughout the day and at every stage of life”. Over three days, the participants have explored, tasted and voted with a dedicated app on 75 prototypes, prepared with mastery and expertise by our R&D managers around the world and designed around five key moments of dairy consumption throughout the day.   Innodays are already delivering tangible results. Concepts showcased during the first edition have since been launched across multiple markets, including Leerdammer Cubes, Kraft Cheddar Cream, Mini Crunchy, IOGO Nano…and several new milk innovations under brands such as Lactel, Parmalat, Puleva and Lindahls.   A strong reminder that when Marketing and R&D collaborate closely, great ideas can quickly become successful products enjoyed by consumers around the world. Congratulations to all the teams involved in making this second edition a success. Giorgio Minelli, Anne Passmard, Francesca De GiglioVittorio Sgaravatti, Matt Brown, Valérie Blanc, Patricia Templon, Etienne MAREINE, Marc Botton, Gwenaëlle Lettermann, Pierre-Hubert (P-H) C., Thierry Dumont, Franck L., Guillaume VALLET, Valérie Allgeyer, Alain HOUDOUX, François-Xavier DEMATHIEU, Laetitia Bieri
