Strengthening our position in power solutions and datacenter opportunities, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of Girtz Industries in the United States, a specialist in the design of highly customized modular power integration solutions (Power Pods), as well as testing and technical services. Its modular power and generator solutions are critical for customers requiring back-up power or behind-the-meter primary power solutions, primarily in datacenters, but also across industrial, infrastructure and commercial applications. Based in Monticello, Indiana (USA), the company employs around 300 people and generates annual revenue of nearly $80 million, further strengthening our position in the United States and supporting our focus on energy transition and datacenter opportunities.
