In 2022, we launched Frontier to send a signal to scientists and entrepreneurs: build carbon removal technology, and we will buy it.  In four years, the field went from a dozen or so companies to hundreds, removing tens of thousands of tons of CO2 from the atmosphere. Today, we are committing to buy an additional $915 million alongside Google, Shopify, Salesforce, H&M Group, and Anthropic. The technology works. The question now is whether demand can match the pace of technological progress. Frontier’s “Growth AMC” is designed to bridge that gap. Read more: https://lnkd.in/g-V3_FEA.

I just got off stage in Paris at Stripe Tour, talking about how French businesses are becoming more international. One in three customers of French businesses on Stripe now comes from outside France. French companies on Stripe generate 22% of their revenue internationally, up from 16% in 2020. Reaching customers in Mumbai or São Paulo, or giving them the option to pay later, means offering the payment methods they already use. That's where Link comes in. Just a couple of months ago we announced that Link surpassed 250 million users. Today I shared that it has more than 300 million, and supports Klarna, Pix, UPI, and stablecoins. I was just at Stripe Tour Paris talking about a new frontier in fraud: token theft. Fraudsters have moved beyond stealing money and credentials — now they're stealing compute. Every prompt, every API call, every token costs real money. As AI gets embedded in more products, token theft is becoming one of the most urgent threats facing AI businesses. Here's everything we announced at Stripe Tour Paris: https://lnkd.in/gf4q-Fbs

I recently wrote about what I've been working on the past two years, and others have built over the past decade: the infrastructure that keeps Stripe's entire developer ecosystem in sync with every API change we ship. We built an OpenAPI-based pipeline that flows API changes from their initial definitions all the way to our SDKs, docs, and other developer products in lockstep, letting engineers focus on their product instead of manually propagating their changes to every developer product that Stripe offers. Last week, agent traffic surpassed human traffic on the internet for the first time. Agents browsing webpages account for some of that traffic, but our data points to a more significant reason for this growth: agents building software. Agent traffic to our documentation grew more than 10x in 2025 and now makes up nearly 40% of docs traffic. We’ve also seen exponential growth in new Stripe CLI users over the past year, with 70% of CLI requests for API resources coming from agents. Our data shows that agents are now fully capable of independently writing code and integrating with APIs like Stripe’s. And yet, many of the steps adjacent to writing code—such as provisioning infrastructure, managing credentials, setting up accounts, and connecting services together—are still too hard for agents to do on their own. Today, we’re expanding Stripe Projects to solve this with new agent integrations, additional providers, and new developer controls. Read our blog post: https://lnkd.in/dWQaTpAM.

It's a wild time to be building infrastructure. Today we shipped another update to Stripe Projects: more agents, more providers, more developer controls. But the thing I keep coming back to isn't the feature list, it's who we're building with. Automattic. Wix. Laravel. ClickHouse. HeyGen. E2B. Each one a team that looked at the agentic era and said: the dev stack needs to be programmable, not just configurable. And they built toward that alongside us. That's the best part of this job. We're not just building Stripe features, we're building two-sided infrastructure. The network only works if both sides win: developers get a unified way to spin up their entire stack from a CLI, and providers get distribution to the engineers and agents who need them most. 2026 is the year agents become builders. We're trying to make sure the infrastructure is ready when they show up. https://lnkd.in/g6C5KDgu

More than 1.5 million UK businesses and solopreneurs run on Stripe. That range spans AI startups like ElevenLabs and Synthesia to British institutions like John Lewis & Partners and Lloyds Bank. Today at Stripe Tour London, we announced new tools built for all of them. For selling globally: Adaptive Pricing automatically localises prices for international customers and drives an average 17.8% uplift in cross-border revenue. UK businesses can now sell in 195 countries through Stripe Managed Payments, while Stripe handles indirect tax, disputes, and fraud. For the AI economy: the Agentic Commerce Suite lets UK businesses sell inside AI interfaces like Gemini and Copilot from a single integration. JD Sports Fashion and Wolf & Badger are already live with this in the US (coming to the UK later this year). Stripe Radar now covers Bacs Direct Debit transactions and all local payment methods, and we announced a new partnership with Lloyds Bank to bring Stripe's payments infrastructure to UK small businesses.

I was just at Stripe Tour London talking about the new Stripe Treasury, our financial operating system for storing, spending, and managing all your money on Stripe: – Hold GBP, EUR, and USD side by side, convert instantly, even on weekends and bank holidays. – Pay anyone, anywhere, with just an email address across 95 countries. And soon, UK businesses will be able to move funds into FSCS-protected savings accounts and earn interest. Manage money with Treasury: https://lnkd.in/giQgpN-c.
