No. Your Club AdaBox membership acts as your all-access pass. It gives you the only way to purchase new AdaBoxes when they drop. The physical boxes are purchased once you get notified and you can decide if you want to purchase or skip the latest box!
There's no fixed schedule. We build boxes when the hardware is ready and the projects are right. Sometimes that's a few months, sometimes longer. Members are notified first, that's that.
No. Your membership gives you the option, not the obligation. Buy only the boxes you want.
Club AdaBox is launching in the United States only for v1. We're working on international availability and will update members as we expand.
Members get a private purchase window before any remaining inventory opens to the public. Exact window varies by drop and will be announced with each release.
We're going to work with the community as to what makes sense. If you were a classic AdaBox subscriber, stay tuned.
Club AdaBox members get first dibs on every drop. Any remaining inventory may be made available to the general public after the members-only window closes, but membership is the only way to guarantee access.
Refunds are available within 14 days of sign-up. After that, the membership is non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term. If you think you are going to join, buy a box, then leave in 14 days, that's fine, we're expecting that for some dudes.
