Matthew’s experience as a practitioner and leader allows him to add immediate value to organisations by bridging capability gaps, addressing challenges, and driving outcomes. He provides leadership in operations, technology, and security; or a mixture of those areas – aligned to what the organisation requires.
Matthew steps in when organisations do not require a permanent appointment, or as a temporary backfill. He can augment existing roles and provide advisory support. This also extends to boards and other governance forums that require specialist advisory.
