Ilud castle (Persian: قلعه ایلود) is a historical castle located in Ilud, a village in Bastak County in Hormozgan Province. The longevity of this fortress dates back to the Parthian Empire and Safavid dynasty.[1][2] It's been noted as one of the strongest castles in Bastak.[3] It was made by using plaster, mud and sarooj.[3] The only thing that remains of the castle now is only a part of its north wall.[3]
