WikiHares are a species of WikiFauna found foraging in articles on specific topics and their respective talk pages. They are a solitary species, but may be sighted on various noticeboards within their interest, weighing in and leaving behind pellets when they are faced with a problem too big to handle.

WikiHares are best defined by their behaviour. While they will go toe-to-toe with those they consider to be on equal footing, particularly in their territory, they are quick to cede ground to more aggressive WikiFauna. WikiHares are often sympatric with WikiRabbits and other WikiFauna that they do not compete with, such as WikiGnomes.

Because of their flighty nature, WikiHares may leave work unfinished or hop out of discussions unexpectedly. Don't be surprised if they try to find other WikiFauna to take over for them in these cases.
