    Hello, upon updating my Jetpack this morning I instantly received any email from WordPress blaming Jetpack for a fatal error. The site looks ok and my jetpack connection is healthy. However I seem to be unable to publish new products. Is there somewhere secure I can forward the email with the error details?

    Thank you for reaching out about the fatal error email after updating Jetpack.

    When Jetpack updates, WordPress sometimes detects a brief error during the transition between versions (as files are reorganized) and sends a “Technical Issue” email. This is typically a one-time event that does not persist after the update completes. Your Jetpack connection is looking healthy on our end, which is a good sign.

    That said, the inability to publish new products is worth investigating further, and we would mainly like to take a closer look at the error details pointing to Jetpack from that email just in case.
