- People say I have an eating disorder. Because I've achieved perfect discipline of what I eat. It's taken me years to achieve this mastery. Yet the reaction is to call it a disorder. Should a straight A student get some Bs, Cs and Ds to avoid having a grade disorder?I finally achieved perfect discipline of what I eat and drink. First time in my life. I eat the right things, in the right amounts, at the right times. Overcoming an eating disorder, this brings me endless joy and a feeling of deep self-respect.

- We are accustomed to thinking that we build things, when actually the thing we build probably shapes us more. Good reminder to focus on things that you want to personally become.
