🏗 Industrial Sand and Gravel Permit (ISAG)
Application form for individuals, partnerships, or corporations seeking to extract sand and gravel for industrial use. Requires clearances, survey plans, and an Environmental Compliance Certificate.
🛠 Commercial Sand and Gravel Permit
For applicants intending to commercially remove and dispose of sand and gravel materials. Subject to verification, approval, and payment of filing fees and taxes.
🏛 Government Gratuitous Permit
Issued for government projects requiring river‑mixed materials (e.g., infrastructure construction). Valid only during the project’s construction stage, not exceeding one year.
🌲 Minor Forest Product Transport Permit
Authorizes the transport of minor forest products such as bamboo or rattan. Valid only on the stated transport date and requires DENR inspection and certification.
⛏ Registration Form for Small‑Scale Miners
Required for small‑scale miners to operate legally within Abra. Registration is valid for one year and mandates that all gold produced be sold to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
