Aerothlon combines speed hiking, paragliding and mountain bike. Starting to run in the valley, runners head towards to the paragliding starting point. From there, the paraglider flies to a defined transition point,  and follow to the mountain bike route.

RUN

Start the race testing your cardio in spectacular landscapes testing your trail running skills.

Get your mind smart because you must be attentive to the direction of the wind to make the journey in the air without wasting much time.

BIKING

Be careful on the vertiginous descents because you must arrive mounted on your mountain bike to the finish line.

CATEGORIES

Individual

Male – Female. Participants must practice the three disciplines and have their own equipment to fly (In some cases there is the possibility of renting a bicycle but the paraglider must be personal).

Duo teams

Manly and mixed. A duathlete and a tandem paraglider participate, who takes his partner from take off to the bike transition zone.

3x3 Relay

Men – Women – Mixed. Teams of three participate, one for each discipline, they must high-flush their hands at the transition points so that each partner can continue with their competition path.
