Menjabat sebagai Direktur Perseroan sejak bulan Mei 2011 dan menjabat sebagai CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Perseroan sejak bulan Oktober 2018. Beliau mengawali karir di Capital Managers Asia Pte. Ltd. sebagai Analyst pada tahun 2003-2004, kemudian di PT Brantas Indonesia pada tahun 2004-2008. Pada tahun 2008-2010, beliau menjabat sebagai Chief Investment Strategist pada PT Bakrie Kalila Investment dan kemudian menjadi Direktur Utama pada tahun 2010-2011. Beliau menyelesaikan pendidikan di Babson College, Boston, Amerika Serikat pada tahun 2002.

Kemudian menjabat sebagai Direktur di beberapa perusahaan Grup Bakrie yang meliputi PT. MRE Utama dan PT. Investasi Bakrie Kalila. Beliau kemudian bergabung dengan PT Madani Securities pada tahun 2013, sebagai Associate Director of Investment Bank. Pada Agustus 2014, beliau bergabung dengan PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. sebagai AVP Corporate Finance, kemudian menjadi VP of Economic Planning and Treasury dan diangkat sebagai CFO pada Agustus 2017.
Indonesian citizen. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College in 2004 and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, in 2019. She began her career in 2005 as an Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston, followed by serving as Business Development Director at Power Magazines from 2008 to 2010. From 2019 to 2022, she was President Director of PT EMP Energi Terbarukan and has also held directorships at EMP Power International Pte. Ltd. since 2019 and EMP Renewables International Pte. Ltd. since 2021. Currently, she serves as Chief Executive Officer of PT Bakrie Kalila Investment, Chief Communication at PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk since 2019, and Business Development Director of EMP Renewables International Pte. Ltd.
Mr. Edi was appointed as the Company’s Director in the EGM on 8 December 2023. Previously, he held several positions in EMP, including The Chief Technical Integrity (2018-2023), the Head of Drilling & Workover (2010-2018), and the V.P. of Drilling Division (2007-2010). Beforehand, he served as senior officers in several multinational companies, such as Repsol-YPF-Maxus, Talisman Energy, California Energy International, and Petrocorp Exploration Indonesia. In his new role, he will manage the organic growth plan of the existing assets, which include the reserve & production increase, subsurface & engineering works. His academic background is Petroleum Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
Mr. Tri Firmanto was appointed as the Company’s Director in the EGM on 8 December 2023. From 2002 to 2023, he held several management positions in EMP and its subsidiaries, such as EMP’s Deputy Chief Operating Officer, General Manager of EMP Bentu & Korinci Baru, Manager (Reservoir & Production Engineering) at the Kangean Energy Indonesia Limited, and Manager (Petroleum Engineering) at EMP. In his new role, he will manage and coordinate the operations of such assets as Bentu, Korinci, South CPP (all located in Riau), Sengkang (South Sulawesi), Tonga (North Sumatera), and Kangean (East Java). The operation of the potentially and the newly acquired assets will be further discussed by the EMP’s Board of Directors. Mr. Tri’s background is Chemical Engineering from University of Indonesia and Petroleum Engineering from Trisakti University.
Mr. Kelik was appointed as the Company’s Director in the EGM on 8 December 2023. From 2014 to 2023, he held several key positions in EMP and its subsidiaries. Such positions include Deputy Chief Operating Officer of EMP, General Manager of the EMP Malacca Strait, General Manager of Imbang Tata Alam, Technical Manager at EMP, and Engineering Manager at EMP Malacca Strait. In his new role, he will manage and coordinate the operations of such assets as Bireun Sigli, Block B (both in Aceh), Gebang (North Sumatera), Malacca Strait (Riau), and Buzi (Mozambique, Africa). The operation of the potentially and the newly acquired assets will be further discussed by the EMP’s Board of Directors. Mr. Kelik’s academic background is Electrical Engineering & Petroleum Engineering.
Ms. Riri was appointed as the Company’s Director in the EGM on 8 December 2023. From 1999 to 2023, she held several management positions in EMP and its subsidiaries, such as the Chief Legal & Compliance at EMP, Corporate Secretary of EMP, VP Legal & Compliance at EMP, and Senior Legal Officer at Energi Timur Jauh. She will continue to perform as the Company’s Corporate Secretary, as well as leading the divisions of Legal, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Internal Control. Ms. Riri’s academic background is Corporate Legal.

Bapak Rudianto memiliki pengalaman yang luas dalam industri minyak dan gas. Beliau memulai karirnya di PT Dirgantara Indonesia sebagai Structural Engineer. Kemudian bergabung dengan Tripatra Engineering and Construction sebagai Senior Structural Engineer pada tahun 1990. Beliau bergabung dengan BP sebagai Senior Project Engineer dari tahun 1993 hingga tahun 2004. Beliau kemudian bergabung dengan SKK Migas dari tahun 2004 hingga tahun 2017 dengan posisi terakhir sebagai Deputy Chairman for Business Support. Dia kemudian menjabat sebagai Chairman Office dengan Bakrie Kalila Investment.

Beliau sekarang menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama Perusahaan.
Experienced in the field of Government and Telecommunications, currently he also serves as a Commissioner at PT Telkom Indonesia. Mr. Rizal served as Special Staff for the Coordinating Minister for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia for the period 2004 – 2006, and also served as Special Staff for the Coordinating Minister for People’s Welfare for the period 2006 – 2009.
Bapak Syamsu Alam memulai karir profesionalnya di Pertamina sejak tahun 1989 dan memegang berbagai posisi seperti General Manager JOB (Joint Operating Body) Pertamina-Medco Tomori pada tahun 2007, Direktur Pengembangan Bisnis pada tahun 2009, Presiden Direktur Pertamina EP pada tahun 2011, Direktur Hulu Pertamina (Persero) pada tahun 2014, juga sebagai Presiden Komisaris di Pertamina Hulu Energi dan Komisaris di Pertamina Internasional EP sejak tahun 2015. Beliau menerima gelar Sarjana Teknik Geologi dan Magister Teknik Geofisika dari Institut Teknologi Bandung dan memperoleh gelar PhD dari Texas A&M University, USA.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Sriwijaya University (1990), he concluded his executive career as President Director of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (2024–2025), having previously led PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan and PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia.
