Available to all current YU students, faculty, and staff.
Includes Video, Audio, Games, Cooking, Wirecutter, The Athletic—everything from NYT.
Complimentary All Access is provided by YU Libraries.
Registration Instructions
- Go to nytimes.com on a web browser.
- Click “Log In” at the top right.
- Click “Continue with work or school single sign-on.”
- Enter your YU email address when prompted.
- Log in to SSO (single sign-on) using your email address and password.
- For subsequent logins, go to nytimes.com and select “Continue with work or school single sign-on” from the login screen.

To use the New York Times app, SSO users will need to set up a username and password in your nytimes.com account. This can be done under “account > account settings" in the top-right corner of the NYT website.
Tips: Use a private or incognito window for best results.
Existing Subscription
If you wish to retain gaming statistics, saved recipes, and so forth from an existing paid subscription:
- Cancel your paid personal NYT subscription.
- Go to nytimes.com on a web browser.
- Log in to your personal NYT account.
- Navigate to My Account > Account Settings > Email and settings.
- Click to “Connect” with a Work or School account
- Log in to SSO (single sign-on) using your YU email address and password.
Tips: Use a private or incognito window for best results.

- New York Times access is for current students, faculty, and staff only.
- Current YU students, faculty, and staff will be asked to confirm their accounts once a year.
- Only one email address can be connected to your YU-sponsored SSO account.
- After setting up your YU-sponsored account, you can change the email address through the account settings.
