Working on a new Text Splitter for @langchain and am delighted with the results so far! 😍 ✅ Recursively splits chunks until small enough ✅ Prefers complete sentences ✅ Reduce # of chunks ✅ GPT-4 wrote almost all the new code! Demo of the new splitter on the right:

Why wouldn’t the manager encourage the rest of their team to start using ChatGPT then? 🤦‍♂️ Disappointing when ego and status quo get in the way of improving productivity and learning from others. IMO The OP should be looking for a new job at a better place with the right values.
