Up until now, @triggerdotdev only supported deploying to Node.js functions (e.g. Vercel, AWS Lambda). Today we're finally releasing support for 3 additional runtimes: @bunjavascript, @deno_land, and @Cloudflare workers, along with our brand new @honojs adapter
Ability to share code between frontend and backend. Backend perf 95-99% related to io perf so going with something like rust doesn't make much of a diff. Non-blocking io means fewer instances. TypeScript is a superior type system to other typed backend languages, and AI loves it
