App language settings

The Woo Mobile App for Android and iOS will use the language set in your device settings.

For example, if your phone or tablet is set to English, the Woo Mobile App will also be in English. If you change the system language to French, the app will update to reflect this change.

The following languages are supported:

  • Dutch
  • French
  • German
  • Hebrew
  • Indonesian
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Russian

Can support be added for an additional language?

The Woo Mobile App currently supports the languages listed above. While we are not able to accept community or volunteer translations at this time due to the complexity of maintaining them within our release process, we are actively exploring ways to expand language support in the future.

If you’re using the Jetpack plugin to connect the app to your site, make sure that the Jetpack connection is active and working correctly. You can verify some known issues or try reconnecting your site.

If you’re still having difficulty, you can get help from within the app by going to Menu → Settings → Help & Support → Contact Support. Starting with app version 24.9, this opens our AI Support Chat, which can help troubleshoot common issues. To reach our human support team, start a chat with the AI assistant and then tap the Contact Support 🎧 button in the top-right corner of the chat.
