Policies

The library has developed policies and guidelines that support our community's interaction with the library and ensure fair and equitable access to materials, resources, and facilities for all.

The Antioch University Library System is committed to providing avenues and access to knowledge in support of the educational goals of the University. Dedicated to promoting social justice and serving inclusive communities of learners, we engender in our students the skills to be engaged as critically informed participants in society. We endeavor to provide all students, faculty, and staff across the university with accessible, state-of the-art library services and resources in support of the University’s teaching, learning, research, and service.

Library users of all services, including interlibrary loan and electronic databases, comply with current copyright law and abide by any applicable licensing restrictions. It is up to each individual user of library materials to be familiar with copyright regulations and “fair use” standards,as well as the Antioch University policy on Acceptable Use of Electronic Resources

If you have any concerns regarding library policies, please reach out to Christine Forte, University Librarian.
