José Héctor Rial Laguía (14 October 1928 – 24 February 1991) was an Argentine-Spanish footballer and manager. As a player, he played as a forward for Real Madrid between 1954 and 1961, and helped them win five European Cups in a row. He was capped five times by Spain between 1955 and 1958.
