The King of Kings has died. Extraordinary player. Unique. 3 times World Cup winner, more than a thousand goals. My idol when young. He made football the beautiful game and truly international. My time playing alongside him in Escape to Victory was a dream come true. RIP Pele

I take exception to the "Latin" comment of Graeme Souness about @ErikLamela Stereotyping all Latin football players in this way is grossly unfair. It would be the same as saying that this so called tackle represents the "British" way. Which is doesn't.

En esta jugada le doy el pase a Leopoldo y esperaba la respuesta pues entraba solo. Antes que la pelota entrara hubo quizás un insulto mío para el por no devolverme la pared. No hacia falta. No me necesitaba. Uno de los mejores goles del mundial 78. Abrazo grande al cielo.

Very disappointing to see two professionals, Tyler and Neville, not doing what they should: Commentating about the game, and the game only. NOT about rumours. Very disrespectful to Man Utd, his manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and especially to MP and @SpursOfficial players and fans

Ray Clemence: We went to see him last Friday with Paul Miller and told him how much he was loved and missed by the chaps and everybody else connected with Spurs. He leaves a wonderful legacy and memories for us as we shared so many special times together over the years! RIP Ray
