Wolverine Hikes FY Guidance on Merrell and Saucony Momentum in Q2

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. raised its earnings and sales guidance for the year after reporting second-quarter results exceeded expectations due to continued robust gains at Merrell and Saucony. MarineMax entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Safe Harbor, a marina and superyacht service business owned by private-equity giant Blackstone. Safe Harbor will acquire all issued and outstanding shares of common stock of MarineMax for $53.00 per share in cash, representing an enterprise value of approximately $1.5 billion.
